ONUL.ai is a brand of The Whittaker Group LLC. ONUL.ai provides business technology, CRM functionality, automation, communication tools, artificial intelligence capabilities, workflow systems, and related digital services.
References to “ONUL,” “ONUL.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to The Whittaker Group LLC and its ONUL.ai brand, as applicable.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. If you use ONUL.ai on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
3. ONUL.ai Services
Depending on your selected service level, ONUL.ai may provide features including:
- Customer relationship management and contact management tools;
- Lead capture and follow-up systems;
- Email, SMS, calling, calendar, and communication functionality;
- Business workflow and marketing automation;
- Artificial intelligence and AI-assisted tools;
- Websites, funnels, forms, surveys, and related digital tools;
- Reporting, analytics, pipeline, and opportunity management;
- Integrations with third-party platforms and services; and
- Additional features made available through ONUL Core, ONUL Growth, ONUL AI Pro, add-ons, or future service offerings.
Features may change, improve, be replaced, or be discontinued as technology and third-party platforms evolve.
4. Subscription Plans and Fees
ONUL.ai offers subscription services that may include ONUL Core, ONUL Growth, and ONUL AI Pro, along with optional add-ons and usage-based services.
Current prices, included features, and applicable charges are presented on our website or during enrollment. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are recurring and continue until canceled.
Certain services may involve third-party usage charges, communication charges, AI usage, telephone charges, email services, premium integrations, or other costs that are not included in the base subscription price. Any such charges will be disclosed where applicable.
5. Billing and Payment
By providing a payment method, you authorize applicable recurring subscription charges and other authorized fees associated with your account.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. Failure of payment may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination of services.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your ONUL.ai subscription in accordance with the cancellation process made available through your account or by contacting us.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in a separate written agreement, cancellation stops future recurring subscription charges but does not automatically create a refund for charges already incurred or services already provided.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ONUL.ai services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Send unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized communications;
- Transmit malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
- Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the platform;
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or information;
- Misrepresent your identity, business, products, or services;
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights; or
- Use the services in a manner that could expose ONUL.ai, its providers, or other users to legal or regulatory liability.
8. Communications Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of email, SMS, telephone, voicemail, automated communications, marketing campaigns, and similar features complies with applicable laws, regulations, industry requirements, consent rules, opt-out requirements, and carrier policies.
ONUL.ai provides technology tools but does not assume responsibility for the legality of your individual campaigns, contact lists, messages, or business practices.
9. Artificial Intelligence
ONUL.ai may provide artificial intelligence, machine-learning, automated content, conversational AI, or AI-assisted functionality.
AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and decisions before relying upon or distributing them.
AI functionality is provided as a productivity and automation tool and should not be treated as professional legal, tax, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
10. Third-Party Services and Integrations
ONUL.ai may connect with or rely upon third-party platforms, software providers, telecommunications providers, payment processors, artificial intelligence providers, domain providers, social networks, and other services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, pricing, and technical limitations. ONUL.ai is not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, data practices, or actions of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
11. Customer Content and Data
You retain your rights in content and data that you lawfully provide to the platform. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise handle that content for purposes of providing the services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide and use any data, contacts, content, or materials uploaded to or processed through ONUL.ai.
12. Intellectual Property
ONUL.ai branding, designs, software configurations, documentation, website content, graphics, processes, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to The Whittaker Group LLC unless otherwise indicated.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of ONUL.ai intellectual property to you.
13. Availability and Changes to Services
We work to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, upgrades, internet conditions, telecommunications failures, third-party outages, security events, and other circumstances may affect availability.
We may modify the platform, features, integrations, user interface, or technical infrastructure when reasonably necessary to improve, maintain, secure, or operate the services.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ONUL.ai services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly provided in a written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Whittaker Group LLC and ONUL.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, or loss of data arising from use of or inability to use the services.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Whittaker Group LLC, ONUL.ai, and their officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
17. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, security concerns, unlawful activity, material violation of these Terms, abuse of the platform, or circumstances that create material risk to ONUL.ai, its providers, or other users.
18. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using ONUL.ai, you acknowledge that data may be processed as described in that policy and as necessary to provide the services.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms as our services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations change. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates the current version.
Continued use of ONUL.ai after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
